Most approaches to emotional reactivity and pain focus on the conscious mind — insight, tools, coping strategies, talk therapy. These can help, but they work at the surface.

Your subconscious mind is the foundation that everything in your life is built on. The quality of your life — your relationships, your confidence, how you respond to life's ups and downs, and your sense of what's possible — is shaped from there. But when emotional reactions, trauma, and dysfunctional patterns are running in your subconscious, it's like building on a cracked foundation.

You wouldn't build a skyscraper on cracked, unstable ground. No matter how beautiful the structure may look above, the cracks will compromise everything built on top of them.

We begin by stabilizing your foundation first — identifying and rewriting the automatic patterns that have been running you, regulating your nervous system, and updating your mental models to open you to new possibilities. Once the foundation is steady, we move into building your life on your terms.

Why This Works

This work operates beneath the conscious mind — at the level of the subconscious, nervous system, and bio-energetic field, also known as the energy body. This is where automatic responses, unprocessed emotions, and protective patterns are held. Rather than managing the symptoms that appear on the surface, we work with the patterns anchoring them.

The invisible patterns that may contribute to your reactions, stress, relationship challenges, and even some physical symptoms were often formed early — by direct experience, inherited through your genes, or absorbed from your environment and the people around you. They may feel completely natural, as though "it's just the way you are." They are not just how you are, but rather just how you’ve been conditioned. And because they run deep, they usually can't be changed through effort, insight, or willpower alone.

This level of work is not a one-session fix. Relief can happen in one session, but deeper transformation takes more than just one.

The work we do together is structured, sustained, and built around you specifically — because what’s driving your patterns is unique to your history, your nervous system, and your life.

Engagements run from one to six months. The depth and duration depend on what you’re working through and how far you want to go.

Sessions are conducted virtually — I work with clients across the country — or in person in Chicago. Both are equally effective.

Everything is customized. There is no generic program you move through. The work is specific to you, built around what you need, and moves at a pace that reflects where you are.

Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) — a deep subconscious process that identifies and shifts the root beliefs and emotional imprints driving your patterns

Nervous system and bio-energetic work — working directly at the level where your automatic responses are held

Integration support — helping you apply what’s shifting in real time, in your actual life and relationships

Identity-level work — supporting you to evolve into the version of you who has what you want
