About Shweta

For decades, my mother lived with severe chronic pain and a complex range of health challenges. When a neurosurgeon at a respected medical center in Chicago told her—quite plainly—that she would have to live with the pain and that there was nothing more he could do, she was devastated. The sense of helplessness was palpable.

I was deeply affected by that moment. Watching someone I love suffer without options changed me. While that physician had exhausted the tools he had been trained to use, I was certain that somewhere, other possibilities existed. I became determined to find them—not only for my mother, but so no one I cared about would ever feel that powerless again.

That search led us into the world of holistic and integrative healing. As I observed practitioners work with the body, mind, and energy as a unified system, I was struck by results that conventional approaches had been unable to provide. What began as a personal mission gradually evolved into a professional calling. Before fully dedicating myself to this work, I spent years in a successful corporate career—experience that continues to inform how I think, work, and engage with my clients.

Since 2009, I have studied, practiced, and refined a range of mind-body and energy-based modalities, including The Eden Method, Clinical Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT), the Enwaken Coaching System, and the LifeLine Technique. I have devoted well over 15 years to this work—more time than I spent earning my bachelor’s degree from DePaul University and my MBA from Kellogg School of Management combined.

Bioenergetic healing—often referred to as energy medicine—draws from ancient healing traditions across cultures. More recently, fields such as neuroscience, epigenetics, and quantum physics have begun to offer frameworks for understanding how and why these approaches can be effective. To me, this work sits at the intersection of time-honored wisdom and modern science.

Today, I work with high-functioning professionals who are tired of feeling on edge inside their own lives—managing anxiety, second-guessing themselves, or feeling reactive in ways that don’t match who they want to be, despite insight and effort. Some come because of disruptive emotional patterns; others because physical symptoms persist despite doing “all the right things.”

The work we do together helps clients feel comfortable in their own skin again—calmer in their bodies, more in charge of their responses, and more confident in how they move through their lives. As the underlying drivers settle, many experience not just emotional relief, but meaningful shifts in energy, focus, relationships, and overall well-being.

It is a privilege to do this work. If you feel drawn to explore whether we might work together, I would be honored to connect. Book a free 30-minute discovery call.
