About Shweta
On paper, all of the right boxes were checked:
✔ DePaul undergrad
✔ Kellogg MBA
✔ High-visibility corporate job in a corner office
✔ A trajectory headed toward a C-suite role
Yet I was miserable.
I was up at 5am, working out with a trainer — and still late to the office every single day. I delayed going until I absolutely had to, in the cab with a pit in my stomach and filled with dread. It was everything I thought I wanted and worked for.
In an act of self-preservation, just as I delivered a huge project that my successors had failed to complete, I walked away.
Years later, after creating success as an entrepreneur, I watched my mother’s health deteriorate in ways that conventional medicine couldn’t resolve.
She had lived with severe chronic pain and complex health challenges for years. When a neurosurgeon at one of Chicago’s most respected medical centers told her — matter-of-factly, almost as if the problem were hers — that the surgery had gone perfectly and there was nothing more he could do, I was furious.
If conventional medicine didn’t have a solution, I was determined that one existed somewhere. That conviction led me into the world of integrative and holistic healing — and what I witnessed there changed everything.
Practitioners who worked with the body, mind, and energy as a unified system were producing results that conventional approaches hadn’t been able to. I was utterly fascinated.
What began as a mission to help my mother became my calling.

Since 2009, I have devoted myself to understanding and mastering this work — studying and becoming certified in Rapid Transformational Therapy, energy medicine, and a range of mind-body modalities. The hours I have put into this work far exceed the time I spent earning both my undergraduate degree and my MBA combined.
My practice today honors both my personal path and my mother’s long journey with chronic illness.
I help high-functioning professionals who look like they have it all together yet, on the inside, deeply struggle with anxiety, reactivity, and other disruptive patterns that insight, effort, and conventional treatment haven’t been able to shift. I also help people like my mother, whose physical symptoms haven’t been relieved by conventional treatment and who are seeking solutions that work at a root level. This work can also be a powerful complement to other treatments.
